We are a direct employer and service provider, meaning we complete the whole process of business development with clients as well as a full recruitment process with the applicants. We provide training for all carers regardless of whether they have had care experience in the past and from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, and from many countries worldwide. Due to business growth we are looking for a Health and Social Care Trainer to be based in our Welwyn Garden City office. In this role you will train, induct, manage and deliver the ongoing training of all care and office staff in accordance with our standards, policies and procedures, CQC requirements, relevant regulations and legislation and in line with accepted best practices. In addition you will: Develop and maintain effective training and induction programmes for all care and office staff including manual handling, equipment and medication trainingCoordinate training programmes and schedulesCreate training reports, conduct reviews and auditing staff files for CQC complianceBe responsible for the up-keep and servicing requirements of our equipmentParticipate in the development of our training policiesShare in the development of strategic plans for the Group's training programmeParticipate in evaluation of the Group's training and development needs against agreed organisational goals, business, and quality objectivesWork to establish effective employer-employee relationships and create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management cultureAdvise Senior Management of any changes to the training we provide which may be required to meet legislative requirements. Person Requirements Solid experience in training within the care industryPTLLS qualificationClean manual driving licenseMoving and Handling trainer qualificationUp-to-date knowledge of all legislative and regulatory industry standardsExperience in delivery and presentation of training programmesFirst Aid and Health and Safety qualifications
