Our client seeks an accomplished individual to take on the role of Registered Manager at their development in Nottinghamshire. This beautiful purpose-built, luxury care home provides 24-hour residential and dementia care in an elegant and state-of-the-art setting. Comfort, care, safety and security have all been built into the home and all the staff have been professionally trained to deliver the highest standard of care with warmth and respect. Naturally we're looking for a gifted person who is inspired by our client's outstanding vision, mission and values. Someone who will be passionate about the delivery of exemplary care; an individual who will proudly present and market this home to prospective clients. But perhaps more saliently, we want to hear from people who have a real passion for delivering a life changing experience to individuals in an atmosphere that truly is 'a home from home'. So, if you have experience of managing a residential care home or significant senior management experience, hold NVQ 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services and like the idea of a change of scene, then you could just be in the right place at the right time.
