Apply now Part-time HR Advisor £30,000 - £35,000 (Pro-rata) St. Albans, Hertfordshire Our client a trusted and credible business is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR Team in the capacity of HR Advisor on a part-time basis. It is essential the person works 5 days but the hours can be flexible. You will provide comprehensive HR advice to internal stakeholders so that HR is recognised as efficient and a value adding function. To lead on the development and implementation of performance review and learning and development processes. Key Tasks: To deliver HR advice and guidance to line managers, and employees, where appropriate, to ensure that performance is managed consistently across the organisation;To upskill managers so that they are equipped to manage their teams effectively and in line with corporate requirements and expectations;Manage all HR processes within the employee lifecycle so that they are progressed efficiently;Identify and implement efficiencies across HR processes so that a more efficient service is delivered to internal customers;Lead on the development and implementation of performance review and L&D processes, assisting manager in their use;Act as a tactically/operationally focused resource within the HR team to support the delivery of HR operational activities. Qualification CIPD qualified Work Experience Significant HR experienceExperience of providing first line support and advice to line managers & employees around key HR processes & activitiesExperience of managing end to end recruitment (both via agency and sourcing directly)Demonstrable experience of managing grievance, disciplinary and restructuring processesDemonstrable experience of using data to support and facilitate changes & improvements to processes.
