For this role, they are open to those who are already operating in this capacity, but also those who are looking to take the step up from Account Manager/Associate Consultant level positions. The firm have great training and development support for anyone coming into the business who is looking to progress their career and can offer full support on further study. Ideally you will have both group risk and healthcare knowledge, but would also consider someone who is a specialist in either group risk or healthcare and willing to gain experience in the other specialism. The role Retain and develop a portfolio of mid-large corporate clientsWork with Senior Consultant on larger clients Consult with the client to understand their needs and objectivesBuild relationships with key decision makersYear-round management of clients benefits strategyManage insurer meetings with clientsDesign and brokerage of the benefits package in addition to implementationSupport clients with the implementation of schemes and ongoing managementHold review meetings with clientsAchieve revenue targets set by Manager Please visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
