Apply now An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well established and expanding Lloyd's Broker in London. This is a brand new position as a result of growth and it will be working in a small team in the front end of the business. You will be involved in the day to day running of this prestigious facility. Key responsibilities: Producing documentation to assist placement and maintenance, which includes market reform contracts, certificates, wordings and endorsementsRenewal of the certificates, invoices and slips are completed and issued to clients in a timely mannerAuthority to underwrite risks within strict parametersLiaising with clients and marketsWorking with Brokers to identify and qualify opportunities for business developmentProducing statistics when requiredLiaising with the internal claims teamMaintaining an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements (i.e. contract certainty, LMBS) Experience and skills required: Property and casualty package insurance experience (ideally US)The ability to understand and interpret property and casualty issues to clients and marketsIdeally you will have previously been a named approved person on a binderGood problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detailGood technical knowledgeThe ability to work to tight deadlinesGood teamwork skills Please visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
