They are currently looking to recruit a Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their team to manage a number of allocated accounts. The Role ·To answer incoming customer calls ·Answer and customer queries/questions (with full training) ·Day to day contact with customers ·General administrative duties About You ·Excellent attention to detail ·Confident telephone manner ·Great communication skills, both written and verbal ·Team player ·Extremely organised Working Hours ·Rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:30 or 09:30 - 18:00 Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
