You will be working with doctors and nurses who are from other countries, helping them with their Visa applications and assisting with their right to work in the UK. Essential criteria: A minimum of two years experience with points based applications and family and private lifeExperience in managing tier 2 applications as well as all other aspects of work pertaining to immigration law.Experience of working in a company registered by the SRAAn understanding of the importance of good processes and team work. Desirable criteria Experience of immigration appealsManaging asylum cases and other matters related to immigration status.
