Handling your own caseload of Tier 1, 2, 4 and 5 applications, you will work closely with the firm's large existing client base. You will also be instrumental in assisting companies with growing their global presence and ensuring all members of staff are compliant with immigration regulations. This is a 6 month contract role which may be subject to extension for the right Immigration Solicitor. THE CANDIDATE: Your details will be of interest to the firm is you are an Immigration Solicitor who has practised corporate immigration for a minimum of 2 years, ideally within an equally well respected firm. An excellent understanding of all aspects of Tier 1, 2, 4 and 5 applications is essential, as is a good knowledge of current immigration regulation. To be considered for the role you must be available to commence a new role immediately and commit for the full 6 month term.
