The Role: -In this role, you will be working directly with a Partner, helping to assist on their caseload covering a wide range of Industrial Disease matters. -Client care will take up a large proportion of this role. You will be taking witness statements, completing legal aid agency forms and much more. -You will also be expected to liaise confidently with medical experts and other departments in the firm. -You will prepare legal documentation such as preparation of bills. -Relevant training opportunities on offer to really develop your skills in this practice area. The Candidate: -The ideal candidate for this role would be a driven Paralegal who has a genuine interest in Industrial Disease and is willing to pick things up quickly and learn on the job. -Ideally, you will see a long term career in this practice area. -Those capable of using their own initiative with excellent self-management skills are encouraged to apply. -Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds as well as with different departments.
