The successful applicant will have 3+ years experience of commercial contracts and will be competent working in a fast-moving environment on multiple agreements. The ideal commercial paralegal/ contracts manager will have 3+ years' experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a fast-paced business-business environment, with knowledge of the public services sector desirable. Joining the In-house team at an experienced level, you will be responsible for mentoring a junior contracts manager, so a confident individual is essential, ideally with managerial experience.
