They are looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support their busy department, dealing with insurance claims and customer requirements. This is a newly created role working with in the administration team. The Role To provide support with all direct insurance claims made by the customers and covering the reception area during the late shift. Duties: All aspects of administrationProcessing all paperwork for insurance claimsDealing with insurance companies regarding customers enquiryProviding costing and customer informationDiary managementChasing companies for outstanding moniesReporting all information to the managerTaking incoming calls from customersAdvising on current status of their pet's treatmentBooking appointmentsSending details to customers of upcoming appointments The Candidate This ideal candidate will have office administration experience, ideally Insurance knowledge and strong attention to detail. You will also be confident dealing with people at all levels, and dealing with multiple queries. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual.
