Apply now Boxtree are working with an established and driven insurance broker whom are looking to appoint an insurance adviser who will also be responsible for generating new pipeline through prospecting new clients over the telephone and appointment setting for business development executives for commercial insurance. The role offers clear development opportunity for someone who would like to learn to be an insurance broker as the business offer a promotion to a desk-based insurance broker within commercial insurance. The successful candidate will be working within their fun, committed and driven commercial insurance team, gathering renewal information and proposal forms from businesses for their insurance. The perfect candidate will be confident and comfortable in the phone and email (outlook) and understand the fundamentals of generating new leads for managers. Insurance Adviser Key Activities/ Main attributes; -Self-motivated and competitive individual -Maintain high levels of outbound prospecting telephone calls -Information gathering, e.g. insurance renewal dates, current insurers, renewal premiums -Lead generation for managers -Database Management and development -Meticulous in detail and qualifying leads to arrange meetings between prospective clients and business development executives -Target & bonus orientated as the team and personal rewards will be great -Have excellent telephone and customer service skills -Fantastic commination and email writing skills -Appointment setting
