The role will be dealing with a range of specialist Insurance policies. Our client is looking for candidates who will provide a professional yet personal touch whilst maintaining exceptional levels of customer service! Allowing clients to feel confident in referring and renewing business. My client requires candidates to have good rapport building skills and are able to provide a high level of customer service on a telephone basis. Candidates must have experience in insurance (ideally home) although other insurance experience will be considered,my client will also consider candidates with a background in sales and other financial services. Full training will be given including the opportunity to study for nationally recognised professional qualifications!
