Apply now My client, a progressive expanding insurance organisation is seeking a proven Project Manager from an insurance background. Your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the management team in driving, managing and leading the organisations variety of projects centred around the continued growth of the various departments and business as a whole. These projects can be as diverse as working with IT developers in designing and implementing an IT system, compliance and training projects, through to examining the company processes and organisation structure and suggesting and driving improvements and change. My client is an expanding and ambitious commercial insurance organisation so candidates will be required to have a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market place. This role will suit project managers or operations professionals who have a broad breadth of experience and are used to simultaneously undertaking and delivering multiple projects on time and to budget. Strong communication and influencing skills will be required to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as a positive "can do" attitude. In addition, you will have the strength of character to suggest improvements in the business or alternatively advise if you feel that certain projects should be undertaken or prioritised as opposed to others. If you have gained management experience during your career to date, then there is a distinct possibility that you may take over responsibility for certain business support teams such as IT, Training and Compliance.
