This is an outbound sales role converting warm leads in to sales. There is no cold calling and all leads are recent. Although this is a commercial insurance team they will consider candidates with a Commercial or Personal Lines background. The successful candidate will have previous insurance sales experience, ideally gained in a similar outbound sales function or have a passion for sales and not be afraid of speaking to customers over the phone. You will be joining a very successful sales team who already convert 30% of enquiries in to sales. Full support towards studying their insurance qualifications will also be provided.
