Apply now You will be a seasoned HR generalist who would enjoy leading a small operational HR team and passionate about looking for ways to add value and have impact. Your experience wil be gained in a multinational organsation; ideally insurance, financial services or professional services. You will be a strong HR generalist with exceptional experience working in challenging environments that require you to be agile, pragmatic and commercial.You will have a strong background in labour relations and experience working with unions and social partners in France. You will be able to demonstrate where you have improved the HR profile in the organisation through improving retention, promoting a positive organisational culture and coaching the business through change. You will ideally have experience in Insurance or Financial services. You will be fluent in both French and English You will be immediately available or ready to start with a weeks notice.
