You will need to be confident and outgoing and work on your initiative to keep a constant flow of applicants within the Epsom area. There will be admin support provided with some of the tasks below: The role Respond promptly and professionally to all employment enquiriesDevelop and identify new sources of talent in the communityInterview and assess all potential candidates in line with our assessment criteriaEnsure all relevant checks are completed in a timely manner e.g. DBS referencesTo ensure completion of all new employee filesTo maintain all recruitment databasesBe responsible for managing current recruitment sources e.g. job boardsTo be responsible for and attend recruitment events where necessaryWork to targets and provide reports to managementParticipate in the on call rota Person specification Essential Must be fun and empathetic and want to e part of a company that makes a difference to peoples lives.A good knowledge of best practise in recruitmentEffective communicator with a positive attitude to workGood interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong working relationshipsExcellent computer and presentation skillsMust be able to work to own initiative and be confident to present new ideasA car driver Benefits 28 days holidayContribution PensionPrivate HealthAdditional pay for on-call Free ParkingContribution to own personal mobile billMileage paid during work hours
