You'll get to work with the best team in the industry; both your local team and wider international businessWe are committed to creating an innovative, collaborative, and fulfilling environment where you can progress your careerWe want everyone in our organisation to have the tools and resources to succeed in their careerWe offer amazing benefits, including centre discounts, cross functional and international projects and a great office atmosphere92% of our employees would recommend us as a good place to work Key Areas of Responsibility You will support the Head of Brand Partner Marketing in developing a strong communication plan and build robust, commercially valuable relationships with our brand partners.Working with the Head of Brand Partner Marketing to ensure that we build strong relationships with our top 100 Brand Partners proactively ensuring that they are well informed and up to date on all areas of marketing and promotional campaigns also exploring new opportunitiesWorking alongside the Leasing and Retail teams to ensure that there is alignment of key/target brands that should have the relationship focusTo work with the Head Office and 24 Centre based Marketing Teams to agree which projects require or can leverage joint brand activityTo work with the Digital Team for all key brand partner related digital communicationTo organize and coordinate marketing activities and events with the Top Brand Partners, cascading the information to the Marketing Teams in the regions and curating the execution of the activities in the 23 McArthurGlen Designer Outlets in EuropeTo ensure that high quality materials/presentations are developed to be shared with our top Brand Partners promoting consumer marketing activity that we would like them to partake inTo develop reporting document tools detailing joint activity with our top brand partners and the integration of that activity within our centre marketing calendarsTo ensure that there is alignment with the Centre marketing/retail teams when they are working with Brands directly for centre specific marketing activityTo ensure, along with the Head Office and Centre based marketing teams, that reporting takes place with our brand partners on the performance of joint activity Your Profile The ideal candidate will have Experience in Brand Marketing, Digital and Communication within a retail / consumer facing businessCIM qualification if not marketing degreeRetail, designer brand, agency or shopping centre experience desirableUnderstand the importance of corporate identity and consistency of approachExperience delivering marketing campaigns / activitiesBe flexible with your approach with the ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholdersYou have excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlinesYour communication skills are excellent, both verbally and writtenExperience managing external suppliersIT skills: intermediate Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookProject management skillsRelationship Management To start your journey with us, please apply online with your CV.
