Apply now We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Prototype Technician to join our well-established client based in Swindon.The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of wiring harness manufacture including:Manufacture of high-end Military and Motorsport harnessingBreaking down customer drawings and schematicsManufacture of prototype harnessing and creating manufacturing build notesOff-site customer supportAbility to manage a team of production operatorsCrimping and termination, both hand and machineSolderingWire cutting and hand layingTermination of screened cablesKnowledge of heat shrink products including tubing and moulded partsPrevious experience in the cable assembly industry is required and preferably certified to IPCWHMA-A-620.Training and support is provided along with a competitive salary.
