Due to our outstanding continuing success, we are seeking a FULL TIME Telesales Advisor within our Jewellery Centre in Rochester, Kent to work 37.5 hours per week. You will be working within a great team and receive outstanding training and career development. Jewellery Telesales Advisor Engaging with customers throughout the day, offering them a range of jewellery and watches and giving information on purchasing pre owned and new products.Building long term and useful relationships with our customer community, you are an integral part of the Jewellery Centre. Key responsibilities: To be able to speak to customers with conviction about watches and jewellery. Also the benefits of buying pre-owned v new productFollow up on outstanding enquiries to ensure good customer service. This is either through dealing with the customer direct or through the retail store estate. Intern this will help deliver the conversion targets.To be able to answer technical questions about watches and jewellery, around the items themselves and servicing, certificating, valuations and warranties.To liaise with customers about purchasing of watches and direct them to the expert eye team to complete the processTo be able to work with 3rd parties, and adhere to their policies and procedures, whilst transactingTo compile data and analyse the data, and make recommendations based on the findingsDispatch product, with the correct insurance based on location and value. That product is sent to correct location Skills required: Customer service/retail sales experienceGood understanding of watches and or jewelleryFluent English speakerMust have excellent communication skillsFriendly and engaging demeanourReliable and trustworthyAble to multi task and be self motivated What we offer: Based in our Jewellery Centre in Rochester.
