Apply now Leading technology solutions provider has an exciting opportunity for a high calibre candidate with at least one years work experience and strong analytical and numeracy skills. ·Working closely with the National Account Manager in the day-to-day service delivery across the customer account ·The analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPI's) ·Presentation of findings and recommendations at regional & head office meetings ·Ensuring the adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA's) via achievement of contractual KPI measures ·Engage and build relationships across head office functions ·Manage the relationship with the relevant field teams and external contacts. ·You will be responsible for driving improvements in store operations/processes through regular store visits. SKILLS ·Excellent communication and presentation skills ·Strong data manipulation and analysis skills ·Flexibility, creativity & ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment ·Excellent planning & personal organisation ·Excellent self-motivation & high levels of personal commitment to the role ·Ability and willingness to travel and work across the UK Desirable: ·Account management experience ·Knowledge of retail sector ·Data analysis experience Qualifications Ideally a graduate with mathematics or technical degree or A'Level standard with Grade A mathematics in GCSE or A'Level Basic salary £18k - £22k plus £2k car allowance and 10% discretionary bonus
