Apply now Knowledge Management Systems Junior Project Manager A leading and international law firm has a requirement within their Knowledge Systems Team for an individual with experience in both Knowledge Management and managing small projects to join for 12 months and assist with the ongoing development of the capability of both knowledge management and collaboration platforms. In this role the successful candidate will be have the following responsibilities and objectives: Working with stakeholders, typically UK based Knowledge Lawyers, to establish how knowledge is collected and stored, and to gather user requirementsWorking closely with the SharePoint/Intranet team to define and deliver solutionsUndertaking a number of small and concurrent KM systems projectsManaging the process of cleaning up and archiving old content and replacing with new contentHandling taxonomy related enquiries and requests To be suitable for this vacancy, candidates will need the following experience and skills: Experience in the arena of Knowledge Management, preferably gained in a legal environment, but other industries will also be consideredStrong Project Management skills. Not necessarily as a Project Manager, but as someone who has experience managing small projects as a secondary part of a current or previous roleThe ability to pick up new systems and technical skills quickly, in particular SharePointStrong user and stakeholder facing skills, ideally with experience of requirements definitionA related degree and project management qualifications would be extremely desirable, but are by no means an essential requirement CB Resourcingoperates as both an employment agency and an employment business.
