The brand have gone from strength to strength with new creative director and are leading the way with fashion trends. This role requires someone confident in managing large teams and turnovers with the ability to think commercially. This role requires store manager level experience or the equivalent in a like for like role. Training and people development is a key element to this role and requires someone motivating and inspiring. You will have great abilities to build and maintain relationships with your staff as well clients. Turnover of £20 Million and team of 26 staff.
