Apply now Leadership and Management Tutor With the continued growth in Learners on training programmes, our client is recruiting another Tutor to join their team. THE BRIEF: Reporting to the Account Manager, the successful candidate will be learner- and employer-centric, performance-focused, quality-driven, always seeking to improve, and skilled in time management. You must have a strong operational track record and experience working within Apprenticeship provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality mentoring, coaching and delivering to learners on our Management programmes up to L5, working on a very exciting contract. Key duties include, but not limited to: ·Mentor/Coach Learners to achieve and learn professional skills required for the work place in line with the appropriate Apprenticeship Standard. ·Improve and update learning resources within remit and capability. ·Adapt mentoring/coaching style to meet the broad range of learning needs, including those with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. ·Maintain appropriate apprentice progress tracking systems and follow procedures relating to quality, compliance, management and assessment in line with the Apprenticeship Standards, policies and all other regulatory requirements. ·Maintain professional knowledge in the subject/sector specialism and models of curriculum development ·To embed Safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Equality and Diversity, Employability and Health and Safety into all programme delivery ESSENTIALS: ·Must be Assessor qualified ·Ability to deliver up to Level 5 Leadership, Management apprenticeships, the ability to also deliver warehousing apprenticeships would be an advantage however not essential -Experience in delivering Apprenticeship Standards - Require a full clean driving license and have their own transport. There is a requirement to pass an Enhanced DBS check. DESIRABLE: - Trainer/Teacher and IQA qualified
