As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting a year 4 pupil within the classroom, outdoor learning and activities. You will work closely with the teacher to ensure that pupils are supported with learning and personal development. You will be directly working as a 1:1 to assist with teaching, activities, inclusion and behaviour management.
