Apply now We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Worker to work in a non-residential, specialist centre for 16-25 year olds with autistic spectrum disorder and complex needs. You will have the following: A Passion to help & support studentsHave SEN experience, ideally within the classroom.Experience working with students who have complex needsA DBS which is on the update service, or willing to pay for a new one (£60)Professional and committed2 proffessional references, covering min 2 years.You will be confident in your ability to succeed in the role. You will have a clear understanding of the range of support needs and the best strategies for supporting learners which may include mentoring and note-taking support.
