Your new roleWorking with primary aged children within the classroom. The role is flexible dependant on your availability and the amount of work you are seeking. What you'll need to succeedA calm, nurturing and open minded approach towards children with additional needs along with a commitment to overcoming their barriers to learning. Your enthusiasm and empathy whilst maintaining consistent behaviour management strategies will improve outcomes for your children. You will require 40 days of experience working with children in order to be suitable for this role.What you'll get in returnA dedicated consultant who will work with you to find your ideal role. Weekly pay in arrears of £50 per school day and an opportunity to work within the same school or a number of schools dependant on your preference.
