The school prides itself on its understanding and training of SEN which you will also be working alongside.Your new roleYour new job will entail working with small groups, large groups and 1:1 in a general teaching assistant and learning support assistant role. You will be working with SEN students for part of the day, and spending the rest of your day working in a class aiding the teacher with a pre-set plan. You will be working and supported by the school and Hays to uphold core values, encouraging a lively and enjoyable environment in the classroom to help the students excel.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a fun and lively individual who can create an enjoyable learning environment. You will have experience in the classroom as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant, working with and leading small groups and working 1:1 with students requiring extra support. Experience with SEN is not required, but would be advantageous.
