Apply now Our client, a leading company in the development of display technology based in Godmanchester, is looking for a part-time Legal Administrator to provide a confidential and efficient administrative service to their Legal department. You will be the central point of contact for tracking and storing legal documents, as well as maintaining an accurate and up to date log of all legal agreements, the contracts database and filing and reference system. This is a part-time position, circa 20hrs per week, and is a 12 month temporary contract. You will be responsible for coordinating signature, exchange, scanning and storage of legal agreements, monitoring those due for expiry and collecting instructions on their renewal or expiry. Assisting the General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel in the preparation of amendments to legal agreements, you will also schedule internal training sessions for staff as well as booking travel, meetings and external training courses for the Legal department. Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with excellent IT skills (within Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), you will have strong administrative experience, within a Legal function or similar, ideally gained in a hi-tech, fast-moving environment. A confident communicator at every level with outstanding organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail, you will be responsible, reliable and trustworthy, maintaining a level of professional confidentiality at all times. With experience of working in a customer service oriented department, you will have the ability to work calmly and methodically and on your own initiative.
