As a Legal Assistant you will be given the training required to successful run your own caseload of investigations into possible breaches of consumer law regulation. You will take statements from members of the public, carry out in depth investigations and ultimately advise the organisation in the rulings they should make. You will be encouraged to complete as much training and as many qualifications as you wish, allowing you to work your way up the ladder whilst you earn. THE CANDIDATE: To be considered for the role you will be a graduate who has demonstrated a commitment to study through gaining a 2:1 or higher. Prior experience in a consumer role, with a good general understanding of consumer law. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as is a proven ability to effectively prioritise a busy and changing workload. PACKAGE: This role is offered with a generous starting salary, with initial training offered at the start of the role.
