Apply now We are working with a dynamic and friendly legal firm based in Taunton to recruit a Legal Claims Advisor to join their team. This is a busy varied position, which combines a number of skills including customer service, great administrative abilities and legal knowledge and the ability to sell the benefits of the firm to clients. The role will involve taking telephone calls from potential clients who are looking to start a claim with the company. Your role will be pivotal in securing potential clients; you will be one of the first points of contact for all new enquiries. Using your excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport, you will obtain the details of the potential claim, working effectively and efficiently with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Following taking all the information your role will be to then work with directors to decide whether the claim should be taken on and advising the client accordingly. To be successful in this position you will need outstanding customer service and administrative skills, as you will need to ascertain and record accurately details of the potential claim. You will need excellent IT and typing skills and a confident, positive and professional telephone manner. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential. A Legal background is highly desirable for this position and it could suit a recent Legal Graduate or someone working as a para legal or legal assistant looking for their next step.
