We provide a variety of products and services for optimising project efficiency and personnel safety including communication systems, personnel tracking, vessel tracking (VTMS), marine coordination, health and safety support and asset management. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Manager to join our team in Chichester. As the successful candidate, you will be required to manage and assist with the full review cycle for all new and existing contracts to ensure that contractual commitments contain obligations and liabilities which are ethical, acceptable and consistent with our company policy. Working as a senior manager and reporting directly to the Managing Director across a range of commercial matters and projects in the UK and Europe. You will have strong interpersonal skills and you are able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. A dynamic and commercial approach is essential. Experience working in house would be useful but is not a pre-requisite however, previous exposure to commercial contracts, construction industry standard contracts, compliance with Data Protection, managing IP portfolio with an external law firm would be advantageous.
