Apply now An excellent opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Legal Executive has arisen within a Local Authority in the East Midlands. This position requires someone who is looking for a challenging role handling a range of commercial property matters including Right to Buys, Deeds of Variations and Leases.The contract is predicted to last for a minimum period of 3 months and there is a chance that it could be extended. Ideally, the successful candidate could start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.Applications will be considered from experienced Paralegals, Legal Executives and Lawyers with strong Local Authority experience.
