Apply now Locum Property Litigation SolicitorBirmingham - 6 months - ASAP start - Competitive rateA rare opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience handling Property Litigation work to join a reputable and well-recognised litigation department on a temporary basis.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling property disputes and experience with landlord and tenant claims. You will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE and will be confident in handling a caseload with minimal supervision. You will be commercially minded with the ability to demonstrate a pragmatic approach and advise clients on often complex and high value matters.This assignment is projected to commence at the successful candidate's soonest availability and will continue for a period of 6 months in order to assist the department with excess workload.This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high calibre cases working as part of a hard-working and dynamic team.
