Apply now We currently have a new and exciting opportunity as we are looking for a Lounge Manager to start up a new VIP lounge for a prestige luxury company based in heart of London. The right candidate will have a passion for service, management and a keen eye for business opportunities. As a Lounge Manager will be responsible for the achievement of the Lounge establishment and will directly manage the day to day operational facets of the lounge, which includes managing a successful team of Lounge Executives. The expectation of this role is to drive continuous improvement in all areas and make changes where needed to exceed customer expectation and deliver exceptional service levels. Responsibilities: Continuously seeking improvement of the Lounge and customer experienceProvide efficient Refund Tax Free cheques, in compliance with country rules and internal guidelinesAnalyse travellers data and consolidated reporting to communicate main findings to retailersSupport and maintain visual merchandising standardsMaintain strong working relationships with Operations, Sales, Marketing and MerchantsOverall responsibility of cash handlingMaintain the client dashboard on an ongoing basisCreate additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate itemsAssist in meeting the company's brand imageIdentify market trends that appeal to customers and communicate them with marketing and sales teamReport monthly store performance including business trends Liaise with Central operational teams in Vienna/Bratislava/ Marketing etcFollow and execute safety and security procedures to ensure employee and customer safetyHave a full understanding of our services and update this knowledge to the teamPlan and deliver business rotas/daily planners to ensure the business is covered on key trading hoursEnsure you and the team deliver luxury service at all timesEnsure agreed sales processes, and all procedures and policies in the area of compliance are followed Key skills and knowledge You must have a customer-centric attitude and enjoy interacting with different types of people and personalities.Requires strong principles for providing high levels of customer servicePrevious experience as a manager within premium/luxury businessThe ability to analyse trends and themesFluent in English and at least one from Chinese, Arabic or RussianStrong interpersonal and relational skillsIndependent working after given guidelinesDemonstrate high ethical standardsBase knowledge of MS Office (word, excel)
