Apply now Luxury Goods Senior Sales Associate Heathrow Airport We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Luxury Goods Senior Sales Associate, based 'air-side' at Heathrow Airport. You will work for a very successful high end, established retail company that sells designer luxury luggage, travel accessories and leather goods. A fully comprehensive training and induction package will be provided to ensure an excellent level of product knowledge is maintained and so you can become a professional sales advisor with the ability to earn a great deal of commission and the opportunity of career progression. Salary: £17,500 pa plus commission (OTE £21,000 PLUS!!) Working hours: 5 days out of 7 per week on a rota basis, working a variety of early, middle and late shifts ranging from 5.30am to 10.00pm Location: Hounslow, (Heathrow Airport) Luxury Goods Senior Sales Associate - Areas of Accountability: Maintain and increase the sales figures of the store/concessionEnsure that customers are acknowledged quickly and offer friendly, courteous and efficient serviceConfidently use and understand the 'Add on Sale' techniqueBe able to confidently close a saleMaintain a thorough knowledge of all products, and be able to suggest alternatives to customersEnsure that any phone enquiries/sales are handled confidently and efficientlyConfident in handling customer enquiries and complaints when requiredHave a thorough knowledge of all company/brand guidelines and standardsAssist the management team in implementing visual merchandising changes within the storeEnsure the products are clean, tidy and well presentedMaintain a high level of store housekeepingAssist in the handling of cash, and all other financial transactionsEnsure all store and company rules and standards are adhered to at all timesAssists in actioning markdowns, price changes, discontinued linesEnsure that replenishment is carried out for the store on a daily basisAssist in processing deliveries and transfers correctlyAssist in ticketing product correctlyAssist in any stock counts that are carried out as instructed by head officeMaintain all stockroom areas in a tidy and methodical mannerEstablish a good understanding of health and safety policies of the store and ensure that these are upheldReport and document any theft correctlyAssist in any other company locations when necessary MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LUXURY SALES EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
