Apply now ST Recruitment is working with a leading motor insurer in East Sussex that is looking for a team of MOJ Claims Negotiators. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end personal injury claims, ensuring they are processed correctly on the MOJ Portal System and taken through to settlement. They will accommodate 1 day per week home-working and you will be put on a progression plan to become a Senior PI Claims Investigator. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for a case-load of personal injury (MOJ) claims, up to a value of £25,000Follow an end-to-end investigation process, ensuring validity of the claim and settlement valueInvestigating liability and making decisions based of all evidence providedLiaising with all relevant parties including other insurers, witnesses, hire companies and legal professionalsLiaising with other departments including customer care, credit hire and legal teamsMaking payments in regards to repairs, settlement figures an legal costsFollowing all regulatory guidelines and and controls including TCFProviding an excellent level of customer experience at all times Key Skills/Experience Required: 12+ months motor claims experience, with knowledge of personal injury Knowledge of the MOJ Claims Portal process, up to and including stage 3 Strong commercial knowledge within motor claimsAbility to analyse data and make decisions in regards to liabilityCII or relevant qualification preferred, but not essential For more information please contact SunilTalati at ST Recruitment
