The package: Basic Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 Bonus available of up to 30% of base salary (OTE potential £52,000) 25 days Holidays (5 additional days available via salary sacrifice option) 4 X DIS + many additional company benefits The company: Based from head offices in Brighton and established in 1975. Succesfully promoted children's savings policies, Investments and over 50s life insurance to the UK market. Administor the UK Child Trust fund. In 2017 set up a new product division offering Lifetime/Equity Release mortgage solutions to their well-established UK client base. Now require 2 additional head office based Lifetime Mortgage Advisors to support the on-going growth of this new product division. The job Role: To provide clients with a highly professional, whole of market Lifetime mortgage advice and recommendation service from within a head office team in Brighton (via a telephone based or skype facility) To provide a market leading and compliant customer experience. Proactively contact pipeline cases and initial enquiries to make the best use of all leads available. Undertake a detailed and documented fact find with each potential client to fully understand their financial circumstances, needs and aspirations prior to delivering a personalised recommendation. Providing clients with a comprehensive, personalised and documented recommendation, in line with procedures and advice guidelines. Keep clients updated throughout the process of arranging their Lifetime mortgage including communicating outcomes and additional requirements throughout their journey.
