Along with many other roles within Underwriting & Claims, we are urgently seeking Motor Claims professionals in Peterborough,Enfield, North London, East London, Colchester, Chelmsford, and Swansea. Our clients are all specialist Motor Insurance Groups, actively seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised individuals with 'can do" attitudes to join busy and expanding Claims teams, handling Claims from 1st Advice to settlement. The ideal candidates will have the following key skills and attributes: Professional attitude and ability to engage with clients.Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service.Determination to succeed.Experience working within the Motor Claims arena (from FNOL, Loss Recovery, Third Party, Credit Hire to Personal Injury, and Large/Complex claims) would be highly advantageous.Applications from outside of the Insurance market for persons with prior work experience within a customer service environment would also be considered.Full and intensive training will be given to applications from outside of the Motor Claims.
