Apply now ST Recruitment is working with a motor insurance business in the heart of Milton Keynes. They are looking for a team of experienced Motor Claims Handlers to handle complex Vehicle Damage cases. You will be responsible for the claims from initial review through to settlement and will be given a authority level dependent on experience. You will also be put on a development plan with the view of moving into Senior Claims Investigation. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for a case-load of Vehicle Damage and/or Personal Injury motor claims Follow an end-to-end investigation process, ensuring validity of the claim and settlement valueInvestigating liability and making decisions based of all evidence providedLiaising with all relevant parties including other insurers, witnesses, hire companies and legal professionalsLiaising with other departments including customer care, credit hire and legal teamsMaking payments in regards to repairs, settlement figures an legal costsFollowing all regulatory guidelines and and controls including TCFProviding an excellent level of customer experience at all times Key Skills/Experience Required: 12+ months motor claims experience, with knowledge of personal injury beneficial Ability to handle and settle claims up to £10,000 in value Strong commercial knowledge within motor claimsAbility to analyse data and make decisions in regards to liabilityCII or relevant qualification preferred, but not essential For more information please contact SunilTalati at ST Recruitment
