The role is to provide support to clients to ensure conversion of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals.The jobholder will be working directly with an Account Executive who is responsible for a designated Motor Trade client base. Daily duties will involve the preparation of Renewal Reports whilst dealing with clients on the telephone or via correspondence in e-mail, inviting renewal and dealing with any changes to policies mid-term.
