Apply now A global London Market Insurance firm based in stunning office in the City of London are looking for an Events and Marketing Coordinator to help with the management of large and small scale corporate events and exhibitions and manage corporate hospitality programmes and other company events. Ideally you will have come from an Insurance background either within Broking or Underwriting! If not then professional services is a MUST! The role Coordination and management of large and small scale corporate events and exhibitions Designing and running the corporate hospitality programme in line with business and marketing objectives Proposing and securing approval for budgets Sourcing collateral, gifts and prizes Obtaining host and attendee feedback, compiling reports and measuring effectiveness against success measures Pitching new ideas for events or venues Working with colleagues to determine their requirements for events Producing detailed plans for events including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing requirements and budgets and implementing them Venue sourcing and booking Maintaining accurate and up to date 'to do' and status lists for each event Compiling attendee requirements Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to Managing event and supplier contracts, governance and payment process Managing event budgets and reporting on spend Coordinating suppliers e.g. venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire, AV providers Please apply if you have the relevant skills - a full job description is available.
