Our client is motivated by delivering the very best quality of nursing and dementia care within well resourced and homely setting. The home benefits from fantastic facilities including a beautifully landscaped garden, hairdressing salon, a multi-sensory room, a choice of lounge and dining areas and all bedrooms are offered with en-suites and individual television points. Responsibilities ·Lead on clinical delivery across the home ·Provide clinical supervision and support on the floor·Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care·Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members ·Deliver induction and additional training for the team Requirements ·Level 1 Nurse qualified ·Proven background working in a supervisory role in a care home setting·A solid understanding and experience of working in Dementia is highly desirable. ·Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation, MCA & DoLs is essential for this role. ·Ability to work in a team For more information please contact Karen Hedger
