And that's where you come in.Quite simply, this is your chance to become the face of Occupational Health in the UK's largest water company. Working as part of a small team on a 9 month contract, you'll have the freedom to manage your own workload and promote best practice across all parts of our business.You'll manage referrals and early intervention, both over the phone and face to face. As well as undertake task related health assessments, including audiometry, spirometry and pre employment medicals.You'll also provide proactive and supportive advice around sickness absence, support health promotion initiatives, all-in-all helping to develop a culture of wellbeing in an award-winning, innovative environment. Preferably as a qualified Registered General Nurse or equivalent, ideally you'll have direct experience of this role and can deliver the full OH remit.This role will require you to work across our region, so mobility and a current driving licence will be important.
