Apply now You will be required To Support the rapid assessment team and community falls assessments.As an occupational therapist you will travel in the community of Leyland visiting elderly patients in their own homes/clinicsMonday - Friday - Flexible between 8am - 8pm You must have access to your own vehicleSome of your duties will include:* Delivering of high quality, individualised, evidenced based care to all patients * Ensuring that therapy input is integrated into the patients' overall care plan * Operating as an autonomous practitioner working without direct supervision and at times lone workingYou must have:-12 months previous NHS experience-A degree in Occupational Therapy-An up to date HCPC registrationService Care Health offer a £150 bonus to any new nurses upon registration.
