Responsibilities will include assist in managing key retail accounts, and develop New Business accounts working in partnership to drive sales and performance. The role will also cover assisting the Social Media sites and also working closely with our Customer Service department at our Call Centre. Principal Reports:- N/AMain Accountabilities: To ensure that:Assist Head of Sales in managing key retail accounts by ensuring promotional plans are in place to drive sales across key retailers.Review daily performance of activity and work with retailer buying network providing business updates internally and externally where possibleSupply images, copy to Retailers and ensuring the Brand Guidelines are met at all times Work with the Head of Sales on New Business Development assisting in prospecting targets and develop communication packs for new customers Working with the brand's ecommerce Manager from a UK Direct side, assist in uploading content and products Working closely with the Operations team to ensure all Retail orders are effectively processed and stock management is in line with forecasting promotional activity. Any other tasks, duties and accountabilities appropriate to the job & position.
