Apply now I am working on a brilliant new role for an Operations Executive to join a luxury retail brand who cater for the UHNW community. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing company and fast-paced office. This will be a busy role, within a really friendly team. The main responsibility of this role will be to support the business by ensuring all back-office tasks are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. You will report into and work very closely with the Operations Manager. Day to day duties will include product management, coordinating new product releases, managing configuration settings, refining delivery and returns processes, identifying areas for improvement, coordinating logistics and liaising with suppliers on a daily basis. This is a really varied role where each day will be different and interesting.Please note that the successful candidate must have experience using Magento. You will also ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, experience of working with a CMS system and GoogleAnalytics. Experience in a customer service facing role would also be ideal.
