As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are seeking an Operations Manager for our new Bury St Edmunds store. We are looking to recruit a dedicated Operations Manager to lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager you will be a key member of the store senior management team. You will be responsible for the following: Company policies and proceduresAccuracy of Company documentationReconciliation and banking of all store revenuesTrading Standards compliance checksStore e-mail system usageProduction of Point Of Sale/ price indicatorsBooking on of incoming/outgoing stockProcessing of damaged (demics) stockIssuing and inputting stock inventory countsIssuing and inputting inter-store transfersEnsuring store compliance with Company deadlinesProcessing customer ordersNew starter inductionNew starter reference checksPayroll proceduresAdherence to cash office procedures.
