Apply now Due to expansion a new role has arisen for an Outbound Telephone Sales Executive to join an award winning motor retail group based in Winchester. With first class training and great opportunities for promotion this is a role where you can develop and progress your career. The role is commission based and a sales background would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. So if you are a target driven individual who can work effectively within a team and on your own this is the opportunity for you. As Outbound Telephone Sales Executive you will be responsible for: - Actively contacting existing customers to discuss outstanding vehicle maintenance and repair;Advising on and selling any work that is due or outstanding on a customer's vehicle;Working as part of a team as well as individually to ensure all personal and team targets are met;Identification of customer needs to promote and sell any service contracts or service products that will benefit the customer;Delivering high levels of customer service to ensure a smooth customer journey from the first point of contact;Arranging appointments for customers and ensuring any needs or requirements are discussed as part of the booking process and recorded on the CRM. To be a successful Outbound Telephone Sales Executive you will have the following skills and experience: - Thrives in a target driven environment;Highly motivated to succeed and deliver targets;Excellent customer service skills;Good IT skills;Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential. In return, the Outbound Telephone Sales Executive will receive a salary of £15,500 basic rising to £17,500 after 24 months + great commission scheme (average OTE £25k with top earners around £32k). Working Hours are 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. On occasions there may be the requirement to work overtime (latest finish 19:00) or a Saturday.
