As a Paint Production Manager, your day-to-day duties will include: Managing a large section of the Manufacturing facility, overseeing 3 Section Coordinators, 4 Team Leaders and 100+ Manufacturing Associates.Analyzing and reporting production data to senior management, focusing on quality, cost, delivery and safety.Leading continuous improvement activities across the business, specifically within the paint department.Using previously gained knowledge/expertise within Paint Application to support the day-to-day running of the department.Overseeing the development plans for each associate, ensuring consistent progress in line with business targets. To be considered for the vacancy of Paint Production Manager, you must possess the following skills/experience: You must possess sufficient experience within Automotive Manufacturing, Ideally in the Paint Department.You must also possess excellent people management skills coupled with the ability to oversee 120 associates, including Section Coordinators, Team Leaders and Manufacturing Associates.The ability to work to strict quality standards, ideally TS16949/IATF16949 but not essential.NPI experience would also be ideal.
